This fantastic vacation home is great for families to share with 2 separate levels, each level has its own private entrance and 2 full kitchens. Each level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will get incredible bay view sunsets off of the upstairs deck. The complex has 3 pools (the 3rd pool to be completed in 2022 with splash pad) There are several ponds and there is even a golf cart bridge/boardwalk leading to the beach. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Max 2 dogs.Living area: Both living rooms boast overstuffed comfy furniture for ample seating. The downstairs living room has 2 sleeper sofas. Flat Panel TV's have YouTube TV throughout the house. The upstairs living room has lots of windows so its light and airy. The shared space is open to the dining and kitchen area. There is also a deck off of the living room.
4 Bedrooms: Downstairs: Master 1st bedroom has a king-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds with patio access. Upstairs: Master 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and a private deck. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and huge walk in closet. The 4th bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin bunk bed. There are TV's in all the bedrooms with YouTube TV.
4 Bathrooms: Downstairs: the main bathroom has access to the master bedroom and the living room. This bathroom has a walk-in shower. The 2nd bathroom is off of the kitchen and is a tub/shower combo. Upstairs: The 3rd bathroom is an ensuite to the master bedroom. It has a stone walk in shower and double vanity sinks. The 4th bathroom is located in the hallway and has a tub/shower combo.
Kitchen: Downstairs: The kitchen has all the basic items for preparing meals. Upstairs: The kitchen is very large with lots of cabinet. It is open to the living room and has plenty of windows for extra light. This bright and open space is stocked with most basic items. There is a dining table to seat 8. There is also a wraparound deck off of the kitchen for great sunsets.
Outdoors: The house has patios and decks galore! You have amazing bay view sunsets and several ponds for viewing wildlife. 2 sets of washers/ dryers in the garage for guests use. BBQ grill and outdoor shower
Parking: Parking for up to 6 vehicles depending on their size. Boats OK. Limited garage access. Owner golf cart not for guest use.
