This 3/2.5 townhom is located in The Commons which is GOLF cart accessible at the corner of Seashell and 11th St.This is a great spot for your friend and family vacation needs. The ground floor has your living room, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath. The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The kids room has built in double over double bunk bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have Smart TV's. There is a hall bathroom and washer dryer on the 2nd level.

There is a large pool just outside your door, hammocks for relaxing, BBQ grills and picnic tables with shaded cabana all centrally located between the units. You have an outdoor shower on your shaded furnished porch surrounded with tropical plants. The home has 10" thick cement walls which keep it quiet and private inside. It's an easy walk to the beach down Anchor Drive or Sandcastle Drive. And not far from all the fun, great Restaurants and nightlife Port Aransas has to offer. Located in the golf cart approved driving area.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
